Here I am talking about Java but you can choose any programming language (30%)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Java&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;First off, start with OOPS (object-oriented programming) concepts here is a nice article &lt;a href="http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/java/concepts/"&gt;OOPS&lt;/a&gt; from http://www.java.sun.com&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;"if(step 1) move to step 3 else repeat step 1"&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Setup the development environment for Java programming how?  here is the link &lt;a href="http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/install-windows.html"&gt;Install Java&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Follow this fantastic book "Head First Java by Kathy Sierra and Bert Bates"&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Practice as much as you can by writing/running/debugging small programs&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt; This is what all I could think at the moment and its more then enough I believe :)&lt;br /&gt;Will keep you posted in case of any updates&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Comments/Feedback is appreciated&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;P.S.
